Knowledge Base Upgrading my OptinetTM software Upgrading your Optinet software is a 3 step process: 1. Download the Optinet software patch file: This file contains the two update files that need to be run 2. Run the build & published upgrade on the server (The server must be upgraded first) 3. Run the published upgrade on each of your clients There are step by step instructions for upgrading the server computer & the client computers IMPORTANT 1. Ensure you take a backup before upgrading 2. Correct use of the upgrade files will not harm any of your practice data 3.
